Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Staff to ensure the safe and timely delivery of cakes, pastries, bakery products, and customer orders. The candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, customer service skills, and the ability to handle products carefully during transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cakes, pastries, and bakery products to customers on time.
- Handle cakes and other delicate items carefully to prevent damage during delivery.
- Verify delivery orders and ensure accurate delivery to customers.
- Collect payments when required and submit them to the accounts/cashier department.
- Maintain delivery records and obtain customer acknowledgements.
- Coordinate with the shop and production team regarding delivery schedules.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
- Assist with packing and order preparation when delivery assignments are not available.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
- Ability to use Google Maps and mobile applications for navigation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle delivery duties.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
