We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy LMS Coordinator to manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves overseeing LMS operations, managing workflows, driving automation, leading a small team, and acting as a bridge between academic and technical (developer) teams to ensure seamless system performance.
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
Upload, update, and organize academic content including videos, assignments, and study materials.
Handle and resolve a high volume of technical queries (approx. 100–200 per day).
Manage and supervise a team of academic support executives; track performance, productivity, and query resolution efficiency.
Coordinate with developers/tech teams to report bugs, define requirements, and ensure timely resolution of system issues.
Manage academic workflows including content publishing, scheduling, and user access.
Drive automation initiatives within LMS/ERP to improve operational efficiency.
Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to LMS enhancements and content rollouts.
Track tasks, timelines, and ensure smooth workflow management across teams.
Generate MIS reports on LMS usage, engagement, and team performance.
Ensure data accuracy and real-time updates on LMS dashboards.
Train and support teachers, students, and internal teams on LMS functionalities.
Identify system gaps and proactively suggest improvements.
