About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, highly communicative Transportation Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—handling real-time trip bookings, answering inbound/outbound calls, confirming trips, and coordinating driver schedules.
This is not a data-entry role; we are looking for a reliable professional with excellent English phone skills who can independently manage dispatch operations and keep our fleet moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls from clients, drivers, and partners with excellent phone etiquette.
- Dispatch vehicles, assign drivers, and manage live trip bookings and will-call requests in real time.
- Execute booking confirmations and perform outbound follow-up calls to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain constant communication with the US management team via RingCentral Chat and internal platforms.
- Utilize dispatch management software (Bambi experience is a major plus).
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize efficiency and service quality.
- Perform general operational and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (neutral or near-native accent required for phone interactions).
- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in US transportation dispatching, logistics coordination, or backend assistant roles.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable navigating transport management software (e.g., Bambi), RingCentral tools, and chat apps.
- Availability: (Monday–Saturday, 6 AM–6 PM US time zone windows)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
