We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Silver Jewellery Sales Associate to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in silver jewellery retail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect jewellery while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide personalized assistance in selecting silver jewellery.
- Promote and sell sterling silver, oxidized silver, and fashion silver jewellery collections.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Explain product features, craftsmanship, pricing, and care instructions.
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory management, stock verification, and replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and service requests professionally.
- Support promotional activities and in-store events.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of silver jewellery designs, trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using POS/billing software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a silver jewellery showroom or branded jewellery retailer is preferred.
