We are looking for a Campus Outreach Executive who enjoys communicating with people, exploring new opportunities and building meaningful connections with colleges and universities.
This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to gain real-world exposure to communication, outreach, networking and business development.
You will connect with colleges, universities, faculty members, placement teams and student communities to explore opportunities and build relationships on behalf of ABCXON.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to colleges and universities through calls, emails, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Connect with TPOs, placement officers, faculty coordinators and student representatives.
- Introduce ABCXON and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges and campus communities.
- Research and identify new colleges, universities and student communities.
- Understand the requirements and interests of different campuses.
- Follow up with colleges and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain outreach records and share updates with the team.
- Collect feedback and insights from conversations with colleges and students.
- Explore new ways to expand ABCXON's campus network.

Who Should Apply?

- Is a fresher or has up to 1 year of experience.
- Is comfortable speaking with new people.
- Has good verbal and written communication skills.

- Can confidently initiate conversations.
- Is proactive and takes ownership of tasks.
- Is comfortable using basic tools such as WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets and LinkedIn.
No prior experience in campus outreach is required.
