WE ARE HIRING – Outbound Sales Process
Language Requirement: - Good communication skills in English (Must)
Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Above
Shift Timing: - 10 am to 7 pm
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month (FIXED)
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Help customers with questions, issues, and requests.
- Provide polite and professional customer service.
- Update customer details and call records in the system.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Work with team members and supervisors when needed.
- Forward difficult issues to the concerned team.
- Follow company rules and procedures.
- Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
TARGET BASED WITH HIGH INCENTIVES STRUCTURE
