Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee the execution of premium interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in site execution, quality control, project coordination, and finishing works while ensuring timely project delivery.
Important: Candidates must have experience in Luxury Interior Projects and Office/Corporate Interiors only. Experience in Residential Interior Projects will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage luxury office interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
2. Interpret and execute architectural, structural, and interior design drawings.
3. Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
4. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
5. Monitor project schedules, progress, budgets, and resource planning to ensure timely delivery.
6. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain high finishing standards.
7. Prepare BOQs, progress reports, material reconciliations, and project documentation.
8. Ensure all work is completed as per company quality standards and client expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- * 3–6 years of experience in Luxury Interior Fit-Out and Office/Corporate Interior Projects.
- * Candidates with Residential Interior experience only will not be considered.
- * Strong understanding of construction methods, finishing materials, and execution techniques.
- * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
- * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
- * Strong site management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- * Experience in luxury commercial office fit-out projects.
- * Knowledge of modern construction methods and premium finishing standards.
- * Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including MEP, HVAC, contractors, and vendors.
- * Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- * Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
