- Working Model : Onsite
- Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
- Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
- Timings: 10:00am - 6:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Role: Full-time

Compensation
- CTC: ₹32K – ₹35k (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing, PR & Media Relations:
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing and PR strategies for multiple client brands
- Identify, onboard and manage influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, journalists, editors and media houses.
- Pitch brand stories strategically to influencers and media for high-impact digital and offline visibility
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including briefing, negotiations, deliverables, coordination and performance tracking.
- Draft and manage press releases, influencer briefs, media pitches and brand communication materials.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and reputation management across influencer and media touchpoints
Campaign Execution & Coordination:
- Lead integrated campaigns combining influencer marketing, PR and media
- Convert brand campaigns into influencer-led storytelling and PR narratives that drive engagement and visibility
- Oversee execution of influencer collaborations, brand launches, press events and digital activations
- Track, analyse and report campaign performance with insights and optimization recommendations
- Coordinate effectively between internal teams (creative, social media, performance, production) and external partners (influencers, media, vendors)
Content & Communication
- Review and refine influencer content, PR messaging, scripts, captions and brand communication
- Develop strong storytelling frameworks for influencer campaigns and brand positioning
- Conduct research on influencers, media trends, competitors and market opportunities
- Define and maintain communication tone across influencer and PR campaigns
Events & Production Support
- Plan and execute influencer-led brand events, PR launches, and media activations
- Manage end-to-end shoot execution including:
- Concept development and brand alignment
- Influencer and talent coordination
- Vendor and venue management
- On-ground execution and supervision
- Ensure smooth execution of influencer shoots, collaborations, and PR production activitie
Important Note
This is a dynamic and broad role. While the above outlines key responsibilities, it is not limited to them. As you will be working closely with leadership and multiple client accounts, you may be assigned additional tasks related to digital marketing, campaign strategy, reporting and business requirements.
Who We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, PR, media relations, or communications (agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle multiple influencer and brand campaigns simultaneously
- Good understanding of influencer ecosystem, media landscape, and digital storytelling
- Strong execution capabilities with cross-functional coordination skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Strong writing and strategic thinking ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
