About the Role
We are looking for an execution-first Operations Professional to manage and streamline the production
lifecycle for our event photography and videography business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives
in fast-paced environments, has a strong bias for action, and can handle operational complexity with
ownership.
The role requires strong coordination across internal teams and external partners, with a sharp focus on
execution, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Operations Management
● Own and manage the end-to-end production workflow for assigned projects/events.
● Handle on-shoot escalations and ensure smooth issue resolution in real time.
● Coordinate with photographers and cinematographers for project execution.
● Ensure timely communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
2. Data Management & Workflow Coordination
● Oversee data collection, backup, and transfer processes pre-event and post-event.
● Ensure secure and organized data handling across all projects.
● Coordinate seamless handover of data/assets to the editing team.
● Maintain process accuracy and reduce operational gaps.
3. Stakeholder Management
● Work closely with internal teams (production, editing, client servicing).
● Coordinate with external partners and freelancers for smooth execution.
● Build accountability and ensure timelines are met.
4. Cost Optimization
● Track and optimize production costs across projects.
● Improve operational efficiency without compromising quality.
● Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better cost management.

Pay: ₹10,840.44 - ₹31,697.66 per month
