About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Industry Expert Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training sessions. The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience or prior teaching/training experience and be able to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom or online training sessions.
- Teach students using practical, industry-based examples and live projects.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students and resolve their technical queries.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep training content updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Support students in improving their technical and employability skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in the relevant field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant industry experience OR teaching/training experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to conduct evening or weekend batches (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience in the relevant technology/domain.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in conducting workshops, bootcamps, or corporate training is an added advantage.
