Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products/services, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Answer customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification:Diploma/ Any Degree.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
