Job Title: Application Developer – RPA (Blue Prism)
Experience: 4–6 Years
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Blue Prism-based automation solutions to address business requirements and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and develop scalable and maintainable RPA workflows. Prepare high-level technical specifications, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and RPA best practices. Support integration with third-party platforms, manage change requests, and participate in deployment, enhancement, and maintenance activities to ensure reliable and high-quality automation solutions.
Key Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism RPA development with expertise in process automation, solution design, process and data modeling, and third-party platform integrations. Candidates should possess experience in defining architecture and development standards, preparing technical specifications, conducting code reviews, and managing change requests. Blue Prism Certification is mandatory. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in the Healthcare domain and a strong understanding of quality-driven software delivery practices are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
