Job Title: Clinical Pharmacologist (Pharm.D)

We are hiring an experienced Clinical Pharmacologist (Pharm.D) to join our hospital team in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medication therapy and ensure safe, effective drug use.
- Monitor adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and medication errors.
- Provide drug information and pharmacology support to clinicians.
- Conduct prescription audits and promote rational use of medicines.
- Participate in antimicrobial stewardship and clinical rounds.
- Ensure compliance with hospital quality and patient safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Pharm.D qualification (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Clinical Pharmacology/Clinical Pharmacy in a hospital.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, medication safety, and patient counseling.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
