IT Server Renewal & Asset Management Executive

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy IT Server Renewal & Asset Management Executive to manage server renewals, IT inventory, and procurement activities. The candidate should ensure timely renewal of servers and IT services while maintaining accurate asset records and coordinating with vendors.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Experience in server renewal management and IT asset management.
- Knowledge of IT hardware, servers, and software licensing.
- Experience in vendor coordination and IT procurement.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end server warranty, AMC, and support contract renewals.
- Track renewal dates and ensure timely completion to avoid service interruptions.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, renewals, and purchase orders.
- Maintain records of server details, warranties, licenses, and renewal history.
- Manage IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, and accessories.
- Maintain system configuration and asset allocation records.
- Coordinate procurement of IT hardware and software as per business requirements.
- Maintain inventory stock and ensure timely ordering of IT equipment.
- Prepare renewal and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of IT assets and procurement records.
