Job Summary
The Pre-Primary Teacher shall be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences that support the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of young children. The role requires creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment aligned with the school's educational philosophy.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children's developmental progress and learning outcomes.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and assessment documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and well-being.
- Organise classroom activities, celebrations, and learning events.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Classroom management and organisational skills.
- Creativity in lesson planning and activity facilitation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
