About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented International Visa & Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international visa requirements across multiple countries and selling customized international holiday packages.
The role will have a strong focus on Southeast Asian destinations, including Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, along with other popular international destinations such as Dubai, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Bali, Maldives, Georgia, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process international visa applications across different visa categories and countries.
- Provide accurate guidance on visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, processing timelines, and applicable fees.
- Handle various visa types including Tourist Visa, Visit Visa, Transit Visa, and other applicable visa categories.
- Stay updated with changing visa rules, immigration policies, documentation requirements, and embassy/consulate procedures.
- Consult with customers to understand their travel requirements, budget, preferences, and travel dates.
- Sell and customize international holiday packages based on customer requirements.
- Handle inquiries for destinations including:
- Vietnam
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- Thailand
- Dubai & UAE
- Sri Lanka
- Kenya
- Bali & Indonesia
- Maldives
- Georgia
- Other international destinations
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, visa partners, and other travel suppliers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the visa and booking process.
- Ensure proper collection and verification of customer documents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visa applications, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Prior experience in International Visa Consultancy / International Travel / Holiday Packages / Travel Sales is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international visa processes and documentation.
- Good knowledge of international holiday destinations, especially Southeast Asia.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email, WhatsApp, CRM, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Candidates with experience in handling multiple visa categories and international destinations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
