- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our B2B solar business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with commercial and industrial clients, and driving solar project sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar market.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Meet with business owners, factory managers, and decision-makers to promote solar solutions.
- Conduct preliminary site assessments and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, electrical, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate and close business opportunities independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial or commercial sales.
- Existing network in the manufacturing, financial sectors
