Job Summary
The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests by welcoming them, managing reservations, handling guest concerns, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The GRE serves as the first point of contact and plays a key role in building guest loyalty and enhancing the restaurant's reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure comfortable seating.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction during the dining experience.
- Assist in handling VIP guests and special occasions.
- Collect guest feedback and share improvement suggestions with management.
- Maintain guest records, preferences, and reservation details.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean and presentable.
- Promote restaurant offers, events, and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming standards.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and MS Office.
