Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Travel & Holiday Reference Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, calling potential customers, and explaining our holiday packages clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls related to holiday & travel enquiries
- Explain tour packages, destinations, and offers to customers
- Follow up with leads received from Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms
- Maintain proper call records and customer details
- Coordinate with the operations team for bookings and confirmations
- Convert enquiries into successful bookings
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
- Composure and confident speaking ability
- Basic knowledge of travel/tour packages is an advantage (training will be provided)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
