Position:
Technical Helper Distribution Trainer (Electrician)
Key Performance Area:
1. Provide all necessary data and inputs for respective donor reporting with 100% compliance maintained in donor reporting standards
2. Provide all necessary data and inputs for respective jurisdictions for MIS purpose
3. Tracking and monitoring all batches activities and progress towards achieving the project indicators within the stipulated timeline
4. Reduction in audit observations with less than 5% high risk audit compliance issue reported per year for every batch.
Academic Background:
ITI in Electrical
Experience:
At least 5 years in relevant sector with reputed organizations of India at state or national level with preference to be given to candidates having worked in the same state/ programme/ project theme
Candidate Profile:
· Has at least 5 years of experience with a reputed organization working with rural community on livelihood & SHG for alleviating poverty
· Ready to work in the rural field with most marginalized communities especially with women members with respect and dignity and ready to work in remote areas
· Accepts challenges and can deliver goals of the program by leading and inspiring team members. Must have worked in team setting and shown leadership qualities by accepting responsibilities
· Has respect towards all communities
Language Proficiency:
Essential:
Proficiency in language of the state/ district areas as mother tongue with comfort level of reporting in English
Desirable:
Any other language that is spoken or used in the geography or for management where certain degree of proficiency may be desirable

Pay: ₹9,956.02 - ₹22,000.00 per month
