The Business Development Manager will drive business growth and market penetration for Panacea’s healthcare diagnostics services across Delhi NCR. The role demands a strong grasp of the healthcare ecosystem, B2B/B2G relationship management, channel development, and brand promotion, working closely with senior leadership.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities – diagnostic centre management, teleradiology, and corporate health programmes across Delhi NCR.
- Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, corporate entities, TPAs, and government departments; drive CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, and ESI empanelments.
- Serve as key account manager for institutional and corporate clients; monitor satisfaction, resolve concerns, and ensure retention.
- Coordinate government tender submissions, RFQ responses, and PPP partnership opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets for revenue generation and client acquisition.
Essential
- Graduate degree with BBA/ MBA/ PGDM or equivalent post-graduate qualification.
- 2–4 years in sales; minimum 2 years in healthcare services, diagnostic chains, or health-tech.
- Proven B2B/institutional sales track record; working knowledge of CGHS, TPA, ESI, and Ayushman Bharat processes.
- Familiarity with Delhi NCR healthcare market and institutional procurement processes.
Desirable
- Prior experience with diagnostic chains, radiology service providers, or teleradiology / PACS / HMS platforms.
- Exposure to government healthcare tenders or PPP project marketing and GEM Portal
Key Competencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills (CXO and government levels).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing ability.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience - base salary range of 25,000 to 35,000, with significant performance-linked incentives and travel allowance
