We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer with 5+ years of experience crafting exceptional digital experiences for enterprise and SaaS platforms. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end design — from discovery and ideation through to high-fidelity delivery — while working closely with US-based
clients, product managers, engineers, and data teams. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AI-powered interfaces and data-heavy enterprise applications, and is passionate about inclusive, user-centered design.

5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design roles

Expert proficiency in Figma across all stages of the design process, from ideation to final hand-off

Strong experience designing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes

Proven experience designing scalable and responsive UI/UX solutions across multiple devices and screen sizes

Experience working on enterprise and SaaS applications

Demonstrable experience collaborating with US-based clients, with a strong understanding of their market expectations and design standards

A strong portfolio showcasing scalable, responsive, and high-quality design solutions

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design

Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback into iterative design improvements

Familiarity with accessibility basics, including WCAG guidelines, and the ability to implement inclusive design practices

Experience contributing to, maintaining, or working with a design system to ensure consistency across products

Ability to present and clearly articulate design concepts, rationale, and decisions to internal teams and clients

Experience designing conversational and natural language interfaces including chatbots and prompt-driven workflows

Experience designing data-heavy enterprise interfaces — dashboards, data grids, analytics views, and reporting tools

Strong data visualization skills — translating complex datasets into clear, actionable UI components

Understanding of enterprise-grade UX patterns including RBAC, audit trails, and multi-tenant design

Experience designing self-serve analytics features such as KPI cards, drill-downs, and embedded reporting

Exposure to building B2B SaaS products, preferably within the healthcare domain

Experience with user research methodologies and research tools, and familiarity with motion graphics or UI animations

Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enable better collaboration with developers

Familiarity with SQL or no-code analytics tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Tableau is a plus
