Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD module configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in analyzing and resolving complex issues within SAP Sales and Distribution processes.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules or external systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
