We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning / AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, Python programming, data processing, and modern AI frameworks. The candidate will work closely with data scientists, product teams, and software engineers to build scalable AI-powered applications.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for real-world business problems.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
- Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, classification, and NLP solutions.
- Fine-tune and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for accuracy and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Deploy models using APIs and cloud-based environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production ML systems.
- Document model architecture, experiments, and deployment processes.
Required Skills Programming
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
Machine Learning

Deep Learning

- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
Database & Cloud
- SQL and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
Tools
- Git/GitHub.
- Docker.
- REST APIs.
- Jupyter Notebook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with cloud AI services is a plus.
