Medical Coding – Trainee / QA / SME

Role Summary:
Responsible for accurate medical coding, quality auditing, and providing subject matter expertise to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and coding standards. The role includes learning, executing, reviewing, and guiding coding processes across various complexity levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
Expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding systems
Certifications preferred/required: CPC, CCS, CRC, or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience Requirements - 6 Months to 2.5 Years
