Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for positions across India.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Conduct detailed candidate evaluations and present qualified candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with client requirements and internal processes.
- Negotiate compensation expectations and support offer management activities.
Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) between clients and the recruiting team.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers/POC to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and expectations.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline health, market insights, and hiring challenges.
- Coordinate client interviews, feedback collection, and offer processes.
- Manage submission quality and ensure candidates meet client requirements before presentation.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Guide and support recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate qualification, and delivery expectations.
- Review recruiter submissions before client presentation when required.
- Monitor recruiter productivity, pipeline activity, and submission quality.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and best practices to improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between recruiting teams and clients to ensure alignment and accountability.
Reporting & Process Management
- Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and time-to-fill.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to clients and leadership.
