Sales Executive – TATA Motors Commercial Vehicles
Popular Mega Motors is looking for an energetic and target-focused Sales Executive for our TATA Motors Commercial Vehicles division. The main role is to sell vehicles, find new customers, and achieve monthly sales targets.
What You Will Do:
- Sell TATA Motors commercial vehicles
- Find new customers through field visits and local market activities
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Explain vehicle features, price, finance options, and offers
- Arrange vehicle demos and test drives
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams
- Complete paperwork and ensure smooth vehicle delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification:
- Any Graduate or Diploma (preferred)
- MBA in Marketing is a plus
Experience:
- 0–5 years in automobile sales (Commercial vehicle experience preferred)
- Freshers who are interested in sales can also apply
Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customers confidently
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of commercial vehicles
- Field sales experience is an advantage

പ്രധാന ജോലി വാഹനങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുകയും പുതിയ കസ്റ്റമർമാരെ കണ്ടെത്തുകയും മാസ ടാർഗെറ്റ് നേടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
ജോലി ചുമതലകൾ:
- ടാറ്റ മോട്ടോഴ്സ് കൊമേഴ്സ്യൽ വാഹനങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുക
- ഫീൽഡ് വിസിറ്റ്, റഫറൽ മുതലായ വഴികളിലൂടെ പുതിയ കസ്റ്റമർമാരെ കണ്ടെത്തുക
- വാഹനത്തിന്റെ ഫീച്ചറുകൾ, വില, ലോൺ/ഫൈനാൻസ് ഓപ്ഷനുകൾ വിശദീകരിക്കുക
- ഡെമോയും ടെസ്റ്റ് ഡ്രൈവും ക്രമീകരിക്കുക
- ഫൈനാൻസ്, ഇൻഷുറൻസ് ടീമുമായി സഹകരിച്ച് ഡീൽ ക്ലോസ് ചെയ്യുക
- ആവശ്യമായ ഡോക്യുമെന്റേഷൻ പൂർത്തിയാക്കി വാഹന ഡെലിവറി ഉറപ്പാക്കുക
- മാസ, ക്വാർട്ടർ ടാർഗെറ്റുകൾ നേടുക
യോഗ്യത:
- പ്ലസ് ടു (12th) / ഡിഗ്രി / ഡിപ്ലോമ
- MBA (മാർക്കറ്റിംഗ്) ഉള്ളവർക്ക് മുൻഗണന
പരിചയം:
- 0–5 വർഷം ഓട്ടോമൊബൈൽ സെയിൽസിൽ പരിചയം (കൊമേഴ്സ്യൽ വാഹന പരിചയം ഉള്ളവർക്ക് മുൻഗണന)
- സെയിൽസിൽ താൽപര്യമുള്ള ഫ്രഷേഴ്സും അപേക്ഷിക്കാം
ആവശ്യമായ കഴിവുകൾ:
- നല്ല ആശയവിനിമയവും നിഗോഷിയേഷൻ കഴിവും
- കസ്റ്റമർമാരെ ആത്മവിശ്വാസത്തോടെ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യാനുള്ള കഴിവ്
- ടാർഗെറ്റ് അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യാനുള്ള മനോഭാവം
- കൊമേഴ്സ്യൽ വാഹനങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള അടിസ്ഥാന അറിവ്
- ഫീൽഡ് സെയിൽസ് പരിചയം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നല്ലത്
