Scope:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team.

In this role, you will leverage data analytics and technology to support HR initiatives, drive insights, enhance decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.

A strong focus will be placed on using Power BI to create dynamic reports and dashboards that convey clear and actionable HR metrics
What you'll do:

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic HR initiatives.

Design and implement interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize key HR metrics, allowing stakeholders to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR technology tools, ensuring they are utilized effectively across the organization.

Work closely with HR team members to understand their reporting needs and provide analytical support for various HR projects.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting regular audits and data validation processes.

Utilize analytical techniques to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and generate insights related to workforce planning, employee engagement, recruitment, and retention.

Create comprehensive reports and visualizations that communicate findings effectively to HR leadership and other stakeholders, tailoring content to meet their specific needs.

Provide training and support to team members on using HR tools and interpreting analytical reports.

Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes, reporting tools, and HR analytics methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain thorough documentation of analytical methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.
What we are looking for:

4.5 to 7 yrs of experience as HR Analyst

Proficiency in Power BI, including experience in creating reports and dashboards.

Familiarity with Workday and other HR technology tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Familiarity with data visualization best practices.

Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
