Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for executing offline marketing strategies and driving sales to promote upGrad’s programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, seminars, and promotional campaigns
Generate leads through field marketing and convert them into sales
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Represent the brand professionally in all interactions
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 2–3 years in offline marketing and sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused approach
Compensation:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
