Role Summary
Lead the design build and operations of Adobe Workfront Fusion automations to streamline business process workflows deliver API based integrations across enterprise systems and develop reusable Fusion templates for marketing campaign intake approvals execution and reporting Own end to end technical delivery quality and scalability of automation solutions on Workfront Fusion Adobes low code workflow automation integration platform
Key Responsibilities
Process Automation Orchestration Design event driven Fusion scenarios to automate intake approvals tasking SLAs and status updates across Workfront workflow constructs projects tasks issues requests Ensure error handling retries and idempotency where applicable
API Integrations Build secure and operate integrations using RESTSOAP webhooks and Fusion connectors Adobe Google Microsoft etc including custom HTTP modules for systems without OOTB connectors manage authentication OAuth2API keys pagination rate limits and payload transformations
Marketing Campaign Templates Create reusable Fusion templates and Workfront blueprints for campaign intake creative reviewproofing multi stage approvals asset handoffs and launch workflows parameterize templates for regionsbrands and ensure governance on changes per KKC ask
Data Flow Governance Define mapping validation and reconciliation rules implement logging observability execution history review and execution debugging maintain audit trails for compliance
Quality Testing Build unit tests for modules create scenario templates for regression perform sandbox validations and promote changes through environments with controlled release notes and rollback readiness
Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Business PMs and Architects on use case discovery solution design and UAT translate requirements into Fusion scenarios and Workfront configurations forms queues routing aligned to the managed services model as per KKC initiative
Operations Support Monitor scenario runs triage failures optimize performance and deliver improvements document SOPs and handover guides aligned with Workfront SOP practices
Required Skills Experience
11 years overall with 3-5 years hands on in Adobe Workfront Fusion designing scenarios connectors webhooks HTTP modules data stores scheduling error handling
Strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront projectstasksissues approvals forms routing reporting proofing and workflow automation concepts events triggers orchestration
Proven experience delivering API integrations across enterprise systems Adobe stack CRMMA DAM data hubs including authentication schema mapping and payload transformations
Proficiency in JSON REST OAuth2 and webhook lifecycles familiarity with low code design patterns and integration design best practices
Background in marketing operations workflows campaign intake creative approvals asset handoffs and SLAreporting
Certifications Preferred
Adobe Workfront Core Administrator or equivalent experience
Workfront Fusion enablementtraining badges Experience League
Success Metrics
Reduction in cycle time and manual handoffs across campaign workflows through Fusion automation
Integration reliability success rate MTTR incident volume and execution stability error handling retries
Adoption of reusable templates and standard scenarios across brandsregions
Nice to Have
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets Creative Cloud Frameio integrations via Fusion for content supply chain flows
Exposure to Workfront blueprints and AI assisted briefs useful for campaign intake standardization
