We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-driven Telemarketing Executive who has experience in sales, telecalling or business development and can generate qualified business opportunities for our software and digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business owners.
- Introduce and explain the company’s software development, website development and digital marketing services.
- Understand customers’ business requirements and identify suitable services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings, online demonstrations or consultation calls for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer requirements and lead status in the CRM.
- Handle customer questions confidently and communicate the value of our services.
- Build professional relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling, lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the business development, technical and digital marketing teams.
- Reconnect with old leads and convert pending enquiries into business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 months to 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, telemarketing or inside sales.
- Previous experience selling software, websites, mobile applications, digital marketing or IT services will be preferred.
- Must be confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales or lead-generation goals.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM software, Microsoft Excel, email and WhatsApp communication.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Good command of Hindi and English. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working from our Sakinaka, Andheri East office.
