Job Summary
Building production-grade GenAI applications: RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, agentic workflows (LangChain/LangGraph/Semantic Kernel), guardrailing, multi-agent orchestration. LLM integration via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI). Vector database selection and tuning (pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate). Multi-agent systems design (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph). LLM evaluation (BLEU, ROUGE, F1). Observability, cost optimization, human-in-the-loop design. Custom foundation model adaptation. EU AI Act compliance controls. Junior: basic RAG, prompt engineering, simple agentic PoCs, unit testing of AI workflows. Senior: production RAG at scale, fine-tuning, guardrail implementation, vector DB tuning. Expert: enterprise agentic architecture design, AI platform strategy, responsible AI frameworks, design authority.
Full ML model lifecycle: dataset curation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, optimization, continuous deployment, and monitoring. NLP, computer vision, time series, anomaly detection, recommender systems. End-to-end ML pipelines (Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI). Advanced MLOps with CI/CD/CT. Model governance, registry management, drift detection. Domain-specific model optimization for insurance (fraud, claims, underwriting). ML platform architecture and responsible AI controls. Junior: model training (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TF), basic MLOps, API development for model serving. Senior: end-to end pipelines, advanced MLOps, governance, insurance-domain optimization. Expert: ML platform architecture, enterprise ML strategy, custom training infrastructure, model audit.
Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
