- Generate Leads: Prospect and source high-quality leads independently.
- Arrange Demos: Schedule and conduct personal, one-on-one home product demonstrations.
- Close Deals: Convert home demo presentations into immediate sales revenue.
Partner Recruitment & Micro-Segment Targeting
- Identify Potential: Recruit Associate Partners from three specific micro-segments:
- Senior Citizens: Pitching the opportunity as a reliable source of retirement income.
- Housewives: Presenting the role as a flexible way to earn extra household income.
- Working Professionals: Target field executives looking for part-time evening/weekend work.
- Network Building: Onboard partners to expand our brand footprint in local communities.
Team Management & Motivation
- Activate Partners: Train partners to generate high-converting home demo leads for you.
- Motivate Teams: Implement incentives to keep your partner network active and engaged.
- Drive Performance: Monitor, manage, and scale the monthly sales output of your associates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
