Role Overview We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Professional based in Coimbatore to grow our client base, strengthen existing relationships, and drive revenue across our HR service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
- Identify & acquire new clients across Coimbatore and surrounding areas
- Drive end-to-end BD — prospecting, pitching, negotiating & closure
- Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets consistently
Account Management
- Build strong relationships with HR heads, TA leaders & business owners
- Drive repeat business, referrals & cross-sell CIEL's service portfolio
Market & Pipeline Management
- Track local industry trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting on CRM tools
What We're Looking For
3–6 years in B2B sales / BD — preferably in HR, Staffing, or Recruitment
Strong local network across Coimbatore industries (Manufacturing, IT, Engineering preferred)
Proven track record in client acquisition & revenue generation
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Malumichampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
