What You Will Do:
- Research and build targeted lead lists — companies, defence labs, startups, and institutions who need hardware R&D support
- Make outreach calls and send emails to potential clients and collaborators
- Support grant and funding application paperwork — filling company details, compiling documents, tracking deadlines
- Manage and update the company's Notion workspace — project files, lead tracker, contact database
- Format and organise proposals, quotations, and project reports
- Handle social media drafting — LinkedIn posts, company updates (content approved by founders before posting)
- Schedule and confirm meetings, follow up on pending actions
- Research patent filing processes and compile prior art summaries
- Coordinate internship batch outreach — calling colleges and students for upcoming robotics sessions
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
