Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Develop and mentor team members to take responsibility for their work.

- Ensure team success and manage failures effectively.
- Operational Efficiency:

- Perform timely communication with onshore and offshore reporting authorities.
- Identify and resolve issues faced by the team.
- Ensure timely data capture, payments, billing, and customer service.
- Follow up on pending line items and ensure process adherence.
- Track team leave plans and provide necessary support.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously work on daily process improvements.
- Ensure necessary reports are generated and shared by the operations team.
- Oversee work allocation and daily summaries.
Required Skills:
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze situations effectively.
