We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Meet daily response time and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good listening skills and patience while handling customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome; prior customer support or call center experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
