Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Psychologists to join us as Revenue Sharing Partners.
This is an independent 50:50 revenue-sharing opportunity designed for psychologists who wish to build a long-term career in educational and career counselling.
The selected psychologist will be responsible for developing client relationships and generating new enquiries. Once a client is onboarded, counselling sessions will be conducted collaboratively with GB Career Clarity Advisory. Psychometric assessment interpretation, career planning, counselling, and client support will be delivered jointly using our licensed psychometric assessment platform.
Training & Professional Development
No prior experience in career counselling is required.
Selected candidates will receive:
- Structured training in evidence-based career counselling.
- Hands-on guidance in interpreting psychometric assessments.
- Mentoring during counselling sessions.
- Access to a licensed psychometric assessment platform.
- Standardized counselling frameworks and professional resources.
- Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Fresh Psychology Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational institutions.
- Generate new client enquiries through ethical networking and outreach.
- Participate in collaborative career counselling sessions.
- Interpret psychometric assessment reports with guidance where required.
- Assist students in career exploration, subject selection, and educational planning.
- Maintain professional communication and confidentiality.
- Represent GB Career Clarity Advisory with professionalism and integrity.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
- Freshers and experienced psychologists are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping students.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of career counselling.
Compensation
This is a 50:50 revenue-sharing partnership.
There is no fixed salary. Revenue generated from clients introduced by the psychologist will be shared equally between the psychologist and GB Career Clarity Advisory in accordance with the partnership agreement. Your earnings will depend on the number of clients you acquire and jointly serve.
Important Note
This position is exclusively for career counselling and educational guidance. It does not involve clinical diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or mental health services.
