About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Field Engineer to join our team for the installation, wiring, and maintenance of GPS trackers, cameras, and fuel sensors in vehicles. This is a great opportunity for freshers with basic electrical knowledge to start their career in the vehicle tracking and telematics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Install GPS devices, cameras, and fuel level sensors in various types of vehicles (cars, trucks, buses, commercial fleet vehicles, etc.)
- Handle vehicle wiring and electrical connections related to device installation
- Test devices after installation to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation or device-related issues
- Travel to customer locations/sites as required for installation and service calls
- Maintain installation records and report daily work to the supervisor
- Provide basic training/demo to customers on device usage, if required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and circuits (ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics preferred, but not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn hands-on technical installation work
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in GPS/camera installation is an added advantage
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for site visits)
Language Requirements
- Must know: Kannada, Hindi, and English
- Tamil language knowledge is an added advantage
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel locally/outstation as per work requirement
- Basic understanding of tools used for wiring and installation
- Good communication skills to interact with customers
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
