Role Overview
Your primary responsibility is to convert qualified leads into paying clients by following up consistently, building trust, handling objections, and ensuring no lead is missed.
We believe that speed of response wins sales. Therefore, prompt follow-up, professionalism, and persistence are critical to this role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Call every assigned lead promptly.
- Ensure first contact is made as quickly as possible after a lead is generated.
- Follow up consistently until the lead converts or is closed.
- Build rapport and understand the prospect’s business goals.
- Explain Unicorn Author Lab’s programs confidently.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Book strategy calls when required.
- Convert qualified prospects into enrolled clients.
Sales Performance
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Take complete ownership of assigned revenue goals.
- Work with a target-driven mindset.
- Continuously improve conversion rates.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant programs wherever appropriate.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Update every interaction immediately.
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports.
- Track:
- Calls made
- Leads contacted
- Follow-ups pending
- Conversions
- Revenue generated
- Lost opportunities and reasons
- Submit reports on time.
Customer Experience
- Deliver a professional and warm customer experience.
- Respond to enquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
You will be evaluated on:
- Lead response time
- Number of calls made
- Follow-up consistency
- Conversion rate
- Monthly revenue generated
- Achievement of monthly sales targets
- CRM accuracy
- Timely MIS reporting
- Customer satisfaction
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English; Hindi is an added advantage)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust quickly
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Excellent listening skills
- Confidence in handling objections
- Comfortable working with sales targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Good organisational skills

Experience
