We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to ensure product quality and compliance across electronics, electrical, and mechanical components used in transformer control and monitoring systems. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods
- Conduct testing of electronic, electrical, and mechanical components as per standards
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation (QA/QC reports, checklists)
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry quality standards
- Coordinate with production, design, and vendor teams for quality improvements
- Support audits and implement quality control procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- 1–4 years of experience in QA/QC in manufacturing (preferably transformer or industrial products)
- Knowledge of testing tools, quality standards, and inspection processes
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
