Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
Job Requirements:
- Attend customer service calls and complaints.
- Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS, batteries, DG sets, and related power solution products.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer sites.
- Identify technical issues and provide proper solutions.
- Prepare and submit daily service reports.
- Coordinate with the service team for work completion.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Candidate must be willing to travel for field service work.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Basic technical knowledge and good communication skills are required.
