As a Consultant, you will lead high-impact data engineering projects that strengthen ingestion, transformation, and data product delivery. You will improve observability and quality, drive standards adoption, and coordinate readiness for analytics and AI workloads. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, robust documentation, and measurable value.

Strategic Architecture & Vision: Define the enterprise-wide technical roadmap for data engineering, specifically driving the adoption of Graph architectures to solve complex entity-resolution and relationship-mapping challenges.

Agentic Infrastructure Pioneering: Lead the design of infrastructure that fuels Agentic AI development—creating deterministic, high-quality data loops, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) backend systems, and autonomous data pipelines.

Enterprise Scale Data Engineering: Oversee the governance, scaling, and modernization of mass-scale Big Data (Spark/Hadoop) and real-time streaming (Kafka) ecosystems.

Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with executive stakeholders, Principal Data Scientists, and product leaders to align technical capabilities with long-term business strategy.
Innovation & Governance: Establish global data quality standards, security frameworks for AI data access, and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain Dell's competitive edge.
Mentorship: Serve as a technical mentor to Senior Advisors and tech leads, fostering a culture of innovation and engineering excellence.

Architectural Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and designing complex distributed systems.

Advanced Graph Ecosystems: Proven track record of architecting production-grade Knowledge Graphs and semantic layers at scale.

Agentic & AI Frameworks: Deep conceptual and practical understanding of engineering data environments specifically optimized for autonomous AI agents, tool-calling, and dynamic prompt-to-database interfaces. 12+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, cloud architecture, and emerging AI/data technologies, with a demonstrated history of delivering enterprise-level platforms.

Data Scale: Expert-level command over PySpark, Kafka, data lakehouses (e.g., Iceberg, Delta Lake), and enterprise Airflow orchestration.

Strategic Leadership: Exceptional communication and advisory skills, with a history of steering large-scale technical migrations and influencing cross-functional domains.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Certifications or vendor credentials for cloud data platforms.
