Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and delivering a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality and productivity standards.
Eligibility
- Graduates (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply).
- Undergraduates with relevant customer support experience are eligible.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Willing to work from the Chandigarh office.
