Job Summary
We are looking for a CRM / Telecaller to handle customer communication, follow-ups, lead management, and regular updates in the CRM system. The candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads for follow-ups.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, payments, and services.
- Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Resolve basic customer queries or coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
- Share regular updates and reports with the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate candidates will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Candidates with good communication and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
