Job description
- The International Patient Coordinator (IPC) Serve as the primary point of contact for international patients and their attendants throughout their treatment journey.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels, providing timely and accurate information.
- Coordinate teleconsultations, appointments, admissions, investigations, surgeries, and discharge processes.
- Collect and review medical records for specialist evaluation and facilitate treatment planning.
- Liaise with doctors, nursing teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
- Assist patients with medical visa documentation, travel arrangements, accommodation, airport transfers, and interpreter services.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and reports in the hospital management system.
- Address patient concerns and service-related issues professionally, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with international patients, referral partners, facilitators, embassies, and insurance providers.
- Support international patient acquisition initiatives, referral network development, and medical tourism activities.
- Monitor patient feedback, generate performance reports, and identify opportunities to enhance international patient services.
