We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our UK Healthcare Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting nurses for the UK healthcare sector and a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified nursing professionals for UK healthcare clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of nurses through job portals, social media, referrals, and database searches.
- Conduct candidate qualification calls and assess suitability based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Ensure all candidate documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Achieve individual recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Update and maintain recruitment records in the ATS/CRM system.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting Registered Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, Care Home Nurses, or similar healthcare professionals.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Familiarity with UK healthcare recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with NHS, Care Homes, Nursing Homes, or Private Healthcare clients.
- Knowledge of UK healthcare recruitment compliance and documentation.
- Experience using recruitment databases, LinkedIn, and job portals.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
