About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Process Coordinator to support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow execution across departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to manage documentation and reporting effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain daily reports, project updates, and operational records.
- Follow up with teams regarding pending tasks and project deliverables.
- Manage and organize documentation, records, and process-related information.
- Support management in administrative and operational activities.
- Monitor workflow progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in improving operational efficiency through effective coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and reporting requirements.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
