Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
Taxation & Compliance
- GST Return Filing and Reconciliation.
- TDS Calculation, Deduction & Filing.
- Compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordination with auditors and consultants.
Payroll & Banking
- Salary processing and payroll management.
- Handling banking transactions and documentation.
- Monitoring employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
Financial Reporting
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Reports.
- Budget preparation and expense monitoring.
- Cost analysis and profitability reports.
Audit & Documentation
- Internal and external audit coordination.
- Maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage accounts independently.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation.
