7 - 9 years of experience in sales
1. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
2. Fulfilment of monthly Sales Target via New Sales acquisition.
3. Developing quotes and proposals for clients with the help of Cost Estimation Team
4. Close business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; Site visits and closing deal by regular follow ups
5. Pro-actively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
6. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
7. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
8. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients; meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone
9. have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
10. liaise with the finance team, production and logistics departments as appropriate
11. Innovate the strategies of improving the way the business operates
12. research and attend seminars, conferences and events to build the business's network and profile
13. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
14. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
15. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
16. Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
17. Work with sales and marketing teams
18. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
19. Take responsibility for the entire sales target for assigned team
20. Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.
21. Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees.
22. Any other task as and when assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
